Credit purchases on XReply are non-refundable. Once a purchase is complete, the credits are added to your account and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or converted to cash, regardless of usage.
Why
Credits are consumed per reply generated and unlock immediately on purchase, so we don't offer refunds once a purchase is made. Please make sure you want to buy before completing checkout.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), contact the XReply team and we'll investigate.
